Ashby Station East Parking Lot closed Saturday, April 9, 2011

Due to a special event being held at the Ed Roberts Campus, the east parking lot (download the map .pdf) of Ashby Station will be closed from 8 am until 3 pm on Saturday, April 9.No parking will be available for Farmers Market customers and merchants or for BART passengers. Expect delays between Rockridge and Orinda on Saturday & Sunday 7/8-9

We will be working on our track through the BART Caldecott Tunnel which requires us to single-track trains. This will cause delays of approximately 10-15 minutes all day Saturday and 8am to 6pm on Sunday between Rockridge & Orinda stations. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) - San Leandro

The BRIDGE Housing Corporation is building a mixed use Transit Oriented Development project on the small BART parking lot on San Leandro Boulevard. This project will bring much needed housing to the area, take cars off the road and facilitate more pedestrian activity. More information coming soon.
