Agendas and Minutes

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors and Standing Committees are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month - January through October, the third Thursday in November and the first and third Thursdays in December. Meetings generally start at 9:00 a.m. or 5 p.m. as outlined in the meeting schedule on the Board of Directors webpage. Visit BART’s Agenda and Minutes section to view Board agendas and minutes.

Public Records Requests

Public records requests may be submitted using any of the methods outlined below. However, we recommend submitting requests online via NextRequest for more efficient processing.

Access to District records is regulated by the California Public Records Act. Your request should be specific and should describe the records in detail (including time frame if applicable) to ensure identification of responsive records.
