Elevator Outage Options

In case of an elevator outage, use the following options or contact the station agent for assistance. Agents can arrange a ride to a different station in an accessible van if needed. 

STREET ELEVATOR 1 

• Can't enter station:   Take the other street elevator.
• Can't exit station:  Take the other street elevator.

STREET ELEVATOR 2 

• Can't enter station:   Take the other street elevator.
• Can't exit station:  Take the other street elevator.

PLATFORM ELEVATOR 1 

• Can't enter station:   Take the other platform elevator.
• Can't exit station:  Take the other platform elevator.

PLATFORM ELEVATOR 2 

• Can't enter station:   Take the other platform elevator.
• Can't exit station:  Take the other platform elevator.

PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE ELEVATOR 

• Can't enter station:   Take an alternative mode of transportation to reach the main station entrance on Warm Springs Boulevard (0.8 miles).  To walk or roll,  proceed north on Lopes Road and turn right on S. Grimmer Boulevard.  Then turn right on Warm Springs Boulevard.
• Can't exit station:  Use the platform elevators inside the station to exit via the main/east side of the station.

ENTERING WARM SPRINGS/SOUTH FREMONT STATION

The train platforms at Warm Springs Station are located on the street level. Concourse area and pedestrian overpass level is on a raised platform.

Two separate elevators are needed to get from the street to the train platform.

There are two separate street elevators and either one will take you to the pedestrian overpass and to the concourse level. Press “C” for concourse level.

Exiting from either street elevator, you will be on the pedestrian overpass. Travel to the opposite end of the pedestrian overpass to where the paid area is located. Inside the paid area travel approximately 20 feet to another set of elevators and either one will take you to the train platform level. Press “P” for train platform level.

At the train platform level, you will be approximately in the center of the train boarding area.

EXITING WARM SPRINGS/SOUTH FREMONT STATION

The train platforms at Warm Springs Station are located on the street level.

On the train platform level, there are two separate elevators approximately located in the center of the boarding area. Either elevator will take you up to the concourse area inside the paid area. Press “C” for concourse level.

Exiting from either elevator from the train platform level, follow the signs to pedestrian overpass. Travel approximately 220 feet to the opposite end outside the paid area. There will be another set of elevators and either one will take you to the street level. Press “S” for street level.

When exiting from either elevator, you will be on the street level.
