BART's online EZ Rider system back in service

The EZ Rider systems is back in service as of July 6, 2022.

The BART EZ Rider system is currently down. We are hoping to get the system back in service before the end of the week (July 8, 2022).

This impacts BART’s EZ Rider Parking program and the Airport Employee Discount Program. Users will be unable to access their accounts.

BART riders who use EZ Rider to pay for parking can still do so as long as their account and credit credit card were in good order in our system as of Friday, July 1. 

No personal information has been compromised. We have crews working to resolve the problem and we will provide updates as we get the system back up and running.
