Notice of discussion of proposed surveillance technologies October 24
BART is giving notice of documents related to surveillance technology that will be discussed at the October 24, 2019, meeting of the Board of Directors.
Two surveillance technology items will be discussed at the meeting.
The first is a proposed update to the Surveillance Use Policy and Surveillance Impact Report for Automated License Plate Recognition (BPD-ALPR-SUP-02), previously approved by the Board on April 25th, 2019. The documents include:
- Notification to the Board of Directors
- Summary of proposed revisions to the adopted Surveillance Use Policy and Surveillance Impact Report
- Revised Surveillance Policy and Surveillance Impact Report (BPD-ALPR-SUP-02)
- CA Civil Code Annex
The second is a proposed trip verification technology. The documents include:
