Access road to existing garage at Walnut Creek is closing on 8/23

As part of the improvements at the Walnut Creek Station, new water line, roadway and other site improvements will be installed at the west access road which will require this access to be closed beginning on August 23, 2018 and remain closed until the opening of the New South Garage in January 2019. 

Access to the existing North BART Garage and Passenger Loading Zone will remain from the north via Pringle Ave. and Riviera Ave. 

Station access for pedestrians will be maintained from Ygnacio Valley Road, N. California Blvd. and Pringle Ave. Bicycle access will remain available from Ygnacio Valley Road, N. California Blvd. and Pringle Ave. from the north. Click here for a .pdf of the map.

Please follow instructions from work crews, BART employees, and comply with signs and fencing around work areas. There will be no interruption in BART service.
