Old Bay Bridge Foundations Implosion Done

On Saturday, November 11, 2017, Caltrans will continue the demolition of the remaining marine foundations that supported the now demolished eastern section of the old Bay Bridge. The implosions are scheduled for sometime between 7:10am and 8:10am.

During the implosion, BART will halt trains outside the Transbay Tube at West Oakland and Embarcadero stations. This may result in up to 10 to 15 minute delays.

Alternate times if the first is cancelled for some reason are: 11/11 11:55am to 12:55pm. Or, 11/12 7:25am to 8:25am.
