Elevator out at Powell St. Friday afternoon 3/10 to noon Tuesday 3/14

On Friday afternoon, 3/10, we will remove from service the elevator to the platform for all trains at Powell Street Station. We need to replace the main drive machine and perform additional vital maintenance. The elevator will return to service at noon on Tuesday 3/14.

If you need to use an elevator for access you will have to go to an adjacent station such as Montgomery or Civic Center. Or, you may contact a Station Agent to arrange for a lift van to take you to a nearby station with a working elevator.
