19th Street Station entrance closed 9/15

From Monday, September 15, through approximately Monday, December 22, 2014, the 19th Street Station entrance at the Northeast corner of 20th Street and Broadway will be closed. 

We are installing a canopy over the station entrance as added protection from weather for customers, employees and the escalators themselves. In addition, there will be improved lighting. The canopy is intended to not only provide a welcoming entry into BART but to also extend the service life of the escalator, reduce repairs, and improve reliability.
