Online survey: BART seeks input on what public wants in a new general manager

This online survey is now closed.

BART’s general manager recently retired, and the search for a new general manager has begun.  The position of general manager reports directly to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the operation of the service, including the various support functions and services that are necessary to service delivery. 

The Board welcomes the input and perspective of its customers and other stakeholders on the qualities, skills and experiences it should seek in a new general manager.  Please click here to participate in a brief survey that will help the Board in its assessment of candidates for this key position. The survey will remain open until midnight Pacific Daylight Time on July 8, 2011.
