Ceremony to commemorate new West Dublin/Pleasanton Station planned for Feb. 18
There will be a ceremonial grand opening event held at the new West Dublin/Pleasanton Station on Friday, Feb. 18, one day in advance of the day when the station opens for service to the public. The ceremonial event will be from 10 a.m. to noon and will feature appearances and remarks by public figures and other supporters of the new station, including U.S. Reps. Jerry McNerney and John Garamendi.
Regular train service into the new station will NOT be running on Feb. 18. Members of the public wishing to attend the ceremonial event can drive to the station and park for free in one of its two parking structures, one on the Dublin side and one on the Pleasanton side.
