Street closures near Pleasant Hill Station Oct. 1-2 for grand opening ceremony

Dear Customer:

On Friday, October 1, and Saturday, October 2, Sunne Lane and Harvey Drive near the Pleasant Hill Station will be closed to traffic. This closure is to allow for the set-up and ceremonies for the grand opening of the Contra Costa Centre Transit Village and the Robert I. Schroder Overcrossing that will be held in the Town Square on October 2.

These closures will not affect access to the station from Jones Road, Coggins Drive or Wayne Drive. The Intermodal, Passenger Drop-Off and Pick Up and Accessible drop-off areas will not be affected. Sunne Lane and Harvey Drive will reopen on Sunday, October 3.

Please plan on joining the celebration of the opening for the Contra Costa Centre Transit Village and the Robert I. Schroder Overcrossing. The program begins at 10:00 AM on October 2 and will be followed by an Open House, BBQ lunch, tours and entertainment.
