Ticket window hours changing at 12th St., Downtown Berkeley stations

Dear Customer:

Due to staffing limitations, we need to adjust the Ticket Exchange Windows hours of operation at the Oakland City Center/12th Street and Downtown Berkeley stations.  

Beginning Monday, July 13, the new Ticket Exchange Windows schedule at these stations will be:

Oakland City Center/12th Street Window
        Tuesdays and Thursdays
        10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.-6 p.m.

Downtown Berkeley Window  
        Wednesdays
        10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.-6 p.m.
