Track work may cause minor delays on Pittsburg/Bay Point line

BART is in the process of upgrading the tracks between the Pittsburg/Bay Point and Orinda stations. This work is necessary for track safety and maintenance on the Pittsburg/Bay Point (Yellow) line.

Our train control crews are working on Saturdays to complete the upgrade. During this work, you may experience 4 to 8 minute delays while traveling in either direction between Pittsburg/Bay Point and Orinda.

We recommend that you adjust your travel plans accordingly to take the potential delays into account.
