Walk or ride a bike

Drive to a Park and Ride

You can plan your trip with the Expanded Trip Planner which includes turn-by-turn directions to the station. Most BART parking lots fill by 8 a.m. or earlier. If you must drive, the following lots do not fill as quickly: Coliseum/Oakland Airport, Colma, Hayward, Millbrae, North Concord/Martinez, Richmond, San Bruno, South Hayward and South San Francisco.
In addition, limited Single Day Reserved Parking may be available at Ashby, Fruitvale, Dublin/Pleasanton, Lake Merritt, Lafayette, North Berkeley, MacArthur, Rockridge, Orinda, Walnut Creek and West Oakland, but spots are filling quickly and you need to register online ahead of time.
