Notice of discussion of proposed surveillance technologies April 13, 2023

BART is giving notice of documents related to surveillance technology that will be discussed at the April 13, 2023 meeting of the Board of Directors.

One surveillance technology item will be discussed at the meeting. Bitfocus, is a cloud-based crisis intervention data application that facilitates safe and effective interactions between the civilian Progressive Policing and Community Engagement Bureau (PPCEB) team members and the individuals with whom they serve, including homeless and other individuals suffering from a quality-of-life crisis.
