BART schedule change 2/13/23 with minor updates to train service

BART’s schedule will change on Monday, February 13, 2023, with minor improvements to its weekday and weekend services. This February schedule change will retain BART's current frequencies across all lines on all days, but will include minor tweaks.

On the Yellow Line (Antioch - SFO), arrival times will shifted back by no more than 90 seconds. The 90 seconds shift is to accommodate construction activities between Rockridge and Lafayette during weekend track shutdowns in the area planned starting Presidents' Day weekend starting February 18. Train service will be replaced with free bus service between Rockridge and Orinda on April 1-2, April 15-16, May 13-14, May 27-29 (Memorial Day weekend), and June 10-11 (tentative). Learn more about the planned track shutdowns here.

On the Red Line (Richmond - SFO/Millbrae), very minor adjustment times will be made for SFO and Millbrae arrival times in the evenings to better align the trips between the two stations.

Orange (Richmond - Berryessa/North San Jose), Green (Berryessa/North San Jose - Daly City) and Blue (Dublin/Pleasanton - Daly City) will not see any changes.

BART will be providing new Caltrain transfer timetables at Millbrae with the schedule change. Caltrain will be undergoing several weekend track shutdowns in the next few months as part of their electrification work. Learn more about Caltrain's weekend track shutdowns here. Visit BART-Caltrain transfer timetables here.

There will be no changes for Capitol Corridor transfers at Richmond.

All riders are encouraged to look up their specific trips. The new schedule has been loaded into the Trip Planner and riders can start planning their trips. PDF timetables reflecting the new schedule change will be made available.
